Almarante Fire Department

Almarante Fire Department We are a special fire district with the simple purpose to serve the Almarante and county area Laurel Hill communities. We cover approximately 83 sq.

We are a fire, rescue and EMS assisting department. Almarante Fire Department is made up of all Volunteers. We are located in the northern panhandle of Florida in Laurel Hill in Okaloosa County. miles in the area surrounding the City of Laurel Hill. We border North Okaloosa Fire District on the southwest, Blackman Fire District on the northwest, Wing, AL Fire Department on the north, Walton County

Fire Rescue on the east and finally but not least Dorcas Fire District on the southeast. We share borders with quite a few departments. This is home to Attack 51, Brush 53, Engine 52, Engine 53 and Engine 54. Our chief officers are as follows:

Almarante Fire District is asking our community to join us in prayer for a firefighter from Blackman Fire District who was involved in an accident earlier today while responding to a call.
We stand strong with our Blackman family and are praying for healing, strength, and comfort for the firefighter, their family, and their department during this difficult time.
