All-Together Support Coordination We are a DDD approved agency that provides support coordination services for adult individuals.

We help you to develop An Individualized Support Plan (ISP) that is centered around YOU. We utilize a person centered approach to ensure that the plan created reflects all of YOUR desires, goals and hopes for YOUR life. Our goal is to support you in ALL areas of your life TOGETHER with you and your loved ones to aid in leading happy, successful and fulfilling lives.

NOW HIRING
All-Together Support Coordination is now having an open hiring process for qualified support coordinators.

Requirements:
Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any field
Have at least one year experience of working with adult (21 or older) individuals with developmental disabilities.
Complete State, Federal Criminal Background checks and Central Registry check upon being hired
Successfully complete required training sessions.
Have a reliable form of transportation and the vehicle must be insured.
