There’s less than a month until this year’s Bazaar! Come and shop from local crafters and vendors, find a steal at Baldy’s Bargains, get a tasty snack at the bake sale or Crane Cafe, and so much more! There will be live animals, tram rides (weather permitting), Wildlife Bingo, story time. There’s something for everyone!

Bring the family, and make a day of it! Saturday, Nov 3, from 9 am to 3 pm. See you there!

Thanks to all who came out to the Bazaar today! From where I sat, it looked like people were having a good time. Without any one of the three Vs - vendors, volunteers, and visitors - the Bazaar wouldn't be a success. I think we had plenty of all this year!

If you came out to the Bazaar and purchased something, let us know what treasures you got. We'd love to hear about it, or even better, see photos!

The Bazaar is this weekend! Come out and see all our wonderful vendors! We have some old favorites returning as well as some exciting new ones. There will be photographers, wood turners, quilters, painted ostrich eggs, gourd art, sun catchers, pocket pets, puppets, and so much more! In addition, we will have the customary bake sale, wildlife bingo, Crane Cafe, wildlife tram tours, and door prizes. Bring the whole family - there will be something for everyone!

We're busily setting up today for tomorrow's event! Come on out and visit all the vendors, make a craft or two, take a tram ride, buy some tasty baked goods, meet some live animals, and so much more! We have Baldy's Bargains, Candy Cane Lane, Made-By-Friends, and Crafty Friends tables, too. It should be a LOT of fun, and a great way to support the Friends of Patuxent as they support the Patuxent Research Refuge and the Patuxent Wildlife Research Center!
