We’ve seen posts that some conservative sites on Facebook were being restricted ahead of the election. Just yesterday we received the following email from Facebook regarding the United Conservatives Fund page. They report that we have been found in violation of a copyright infringement, although they provide no example, show no post that does so, and despite that there have been no posts to the page in several weeks. They have provided links that do not work as a means to find out more information. They provide no link to the alleged post that violates the terms.

Nothing.

It appears the claims we’ve been seeing are, in fact, true. And Facebook says they will delete the page in the next 24-hours.

We have appealed this decision using the information Facebook provided.

We shall see.

It’s been quite a while since we gave someone a ‘Mississippi PEP Oh, The Irony Award’. This one goes to the ever politically ambitious elder Delbert Hosemann! He never has seemed to understand the concept of how his actions often contradict his mouth.

Oh the Irony!

Delbert Hosemann at an event where he received an endorsement for Lt. Governor from another Republican, tells the media that there should be a cooling-off period before HE discusses endorsing Tate Reeves for governor.

Can you smell the self-righteous hypocrisy? Or perhaps that’s envy? They have such a similar odor it’s sometimes hard to distinguish between the two.

Then there is this excerpt:

“The policies Hosemann backs more closely mirror those of Hood, the Democratic nominee for governor.”
