UPDATE #1, 10:05 PM - Flood waters are beginning to recede from the roadway. Please continue to use caution while traveling, as some areas may still have standing water and unsafe conditions. Please check back later for updates on specific roads.
There is severe flooding throughout Laurens County, including Laurens City and Clinton City. Do not drive around barricades. Do not drive through flooded roads. TURN AROUND, DON'T DROWN.
