Today, the Laurens Raiders and Clinton Red Devils put the rivalry aside and came together for a common good at Pathwise!

Our friends at Pathwise have been hard at work collecting peanut butter and jelly for the Laurens County Sheriff’s Office to distribute to local food banks and blessing boxes throughout our community as part of our Family Assistance initiative. And, as usual, they went above and beyond!

🍇 Clinton fans donated more than 400 jars of jelly!
🥜 Raider fans donated more than 200 jars of peanut butter!

Today we celebrated their incredible effort with a pep rally and a little friendly competition between the Raiders and Red Devils football players.

We are always happy for an excuse to visit Evergreen and spend time with some of our favorite friends, but watching football players and cheerleaders from both schools come together to cheer on and genuinely interact with the men and women at Pathwise was something special.

Today was a wonderful reminder that community is bigger than rivalry.

Thank you to everyone at Pathwise and Laurens School Districts 55 and 56 who helped make this possible. We will be able donate to local food banks and fill many blessing boxes with your contribution!

Our Shelter Attendants play an important role in the daily care, safety, comfort, and well-being of animals while they wait for their next chapter.

We’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who:
-Have compassion for animals
-Understand that animal care takes patience, consistency, and teamwork
-Want to make a difference for animals in our community

A huge THANK YOU to the Johnson Road Kids for setting up their J-Road Pit Stop Lemonade Stand last weekend to raise money for our Christmas for Kids program!

These young folks worked hard, served up plenty of lemonade, and raised an incredible $658 to help make Christmas a little brighter for children right here in Laurens County.

THANK YOU for your kindness, hard work, and big hearts! You’re a wonderful example of what community is all about. 🎄

Well, this is the kind of thing that makes our day. ❤️

A group of local kids decided to set up their very own Pit Stop Lemonade Stand tomorrow, and they’ve chosen to donate the proceeds to our Christmas for Kids program!

We are incredibly grateful for these young people and their big hearts. Christmas for Kids is all about taking care of children in our community, so there’s something extra special about seeing kids helping other kids.

If you’re out that way tomorrow, swing by the J-Road Pit Stop at the corner of Johnson Road in Hickory Tavern and grab a cold lemonade and a snack. Let’s help these kids turn a little roadside lemonade stand into something that will make Christmas brighter for another child. ❤️

We are just one month away from our annual K9 Fundraiser and we still have room for vendors and community sponsors who want to be part of the day!

📍 Please note: Our food vendor has already been secured.

The fundraiser will be a fun day for the whole family, including a LIVE K9 demonstration at noon! Come meet some of our four-legged deputies and help support the training, equipment, and care that keep them ready to serve Laurens County.

We would like to thank the Laurens County [SC] Chamber of Commerce for having us join them at today’s Women at Work event, hosted by The Forge Fitness Academy!

Lieutenant Alexander introduced everyone to K9 Liberty and shared more about our K9 program, including how our specially trained dogs work alongside their handlers to help serve and protect Laurens County.

We’re always grateful for opportunities to connect with members of our community, share a little about what we do and, of course, let Liberty steal the show.
