September was full of excitement! We hosted our weekly exercise programs along with two talk sessions. The first session provided valuable information for seniors new to Medicare or looking to learn more about the process. We also held an informative session in honor of Su***de Awareness Month.

Additionally, congratulations to our seniors who competed in Raleigh this week—you all are amazing!

We honor the innocent lives taken, the brave first responders who ran toward danger, the families whose lives were forever changed, and all those who demonstrated extraordinary courage and compassion in the days that followed.

May we continue to remember the strength, unity, and resilience shown during one of our nation’s most difficult moments.

Football conditioning has officially kicked off at Scotland County Parks & Recreation, and our athletes came ready to WORK! 💪🏾🏃🏾‍♂️💨
Day one was all about getting those bodies moving, building endurance, developing discipline, and preparing for the season ahead. The energy was HIGH, the hustle was REAL, and our players showed us they’re ready to put in the work! 👏🏾🏈
This is only the beginning! Every sprint, every drill, and every drop of sweat is getting us one step closer to GAME DAY!

SCAP Head Start Registration Assistance

Great news for families! SCAP Head Start Preschool & Early Head Start is now accepting applications for the upcoming program year. The program serves toddlers and preschoolers and offers valuable services including early childhood education, nutritious meals, health screenings, kindergarten readiness, family services, and more.

SCAP Head Start representatives will be on-site to assist families with registration!

Parents and guardians are encouraged to stop by and get assistance with the application process.
