The Golubowski’s have been integral to the success of Lavallette for generations. Ted had just begun to embark on a career in law enforcement and was at the top of his academy class when his illness was discovered. Please consider joining us in donating to help Ted continue his fight. Thank you!

We here at the NJ State PBA are heartbroken to share that an officer from Newark PD has made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty, and another officer is currently fighting for their life in critical condition. Please keep their families, fellow Newark PD officers, and our entire New Jersey law enforcement community in your thoughts and prayers during this incredibly difficult time.

It has been brought to our attention that there is phone scam occurring in which someone is identifying themselves as a Detective with the Lavallette Police Department, advising the victims they have warrants and directing them to send money via prepaid credit card or other online money transfer applications.

Additionally, they are using software to mask their phone number. Instead, the number appearing on the caller ID appears to be that of Lavallette Police Department main telephone number.

Please know that the Lavallette Police Department will NEVER, under any circumstances contact anyone by phone or otherwise in order to solicit money in any way.

If you have any questions or receive one of these phone calls, we recommend you terminate the call immediately.

Should you feel it necessary, you may contact the Lavallette Police Department directly at 732-793-4800 to confirm the legitimacy of any call or someone identifying themselves as a member of the Lavallette Police Department.
