Lavallette First Aid Squad

Lavallette First Aid Squad The Lavallette First Aid Squad is an all volunteer ambulance service that responds to the residents and visitors of Lavallette, New Jersey.

The squad provides Basic Pre-Hospital Life Support services (BLS) around the clock and never bills for the care they provide. The squad is staffed with NJ State Certified Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) who volunteer their time whenever they are called.

It is with deep sorrow that we inform all that Lavallette First Aid Ladies Auxiliary member and former Borough Councilwoman Sue Hoffman (nee Johnson) passed peacefully on February 6, 2025 surrounded by friends in Fort Myers, Fl. Sue was 83 years old. She was so proud of her being the first ever female council member. Her husband Richard was the Captain of our Squad for many years. A memorial service will be planned in the future. Please keep Sue in your prayers.

The Officers and Members of the Lavallette First Aid Squad are saddened to report the passing of Life Member Antonette “Toni” Daniels. Toni served our organization faithfully as a riding member and later as an Associate Member for many years. We thank her for her dedication. Our deepest sympathies go out to her family.
