We look forward to the Fire & Ice Cookoff all year! Teams from around the Big Country come to compete in multiple categories, including Brisket, Ribs and Chicken. After the judging, attendees are welcome to sample the BBQ or enjoy some local Food Truck fare while they enjoy the Fire & Ice Car Show.
