(EARTH DAY IS EVERY DAY) but to close out the month, we reflected and celebrated the accomplishments of environmental champions across NJ, highlighted the latest issues, and talked solutions. We plugged in environmental non-profits, heard from environmental justice advocate Oriana Holmes-Price, and listened to an outstanding speech from Senator John Mckeon.

A huge thank you to everyone that came out last night! There was so much good energy in the room. Let's keep the momentum going!

Guess which candidate has a REAL plan for the future of New Jersey? If you said Jack Ciattarelli ❌ wrong!

Mikie Sherrill’s environmental plan centers on accelerating New Jersey’s transition to clean energy while protecting water, air, and open spaces.

She pledges to overhaul the power grid for greater reliability and affordability, streamline approvals for renewable and battery storage projects, confront utility practices that hamper decarbonization, and make bold investments in climate-resilient infrastructure.

She also emphasizes restoring full, dedicated funding for the Land and Water Conservation Fund to preserve parks and wildlife habitat, cleaning up pollution including PFAS “forever chemicals,” and supporting policies to protect pollinators and strengthen watershed health.

A vote for mikie is a vote for the future of NJ. Say NO to politicians that threaten our land, water, air, sustainability and well-being!

We need your help! Spread the word and join other concerned NJ residents in attending the upcoming Town Hall on the environment in Phillipsburg NJ. Its more important than ever that we work together to show up in towns that face major threats to their lands, like excessive warehouse development.

NJ PACT rules need your help!

The New Jersey Protecting Against Climate Threats (NJPACT) NJ PACT regulations will ensure that we are resilient against the storms we know are coming, and are already here.

But they are facing enormous pushback, and we need informed, vocal supporters to make sure they are enacted as soon as possible, to help save lives and protect property.

Join their webinar on July 16th at 6PM to learn about these regulations in more detail–and what you can do to ensure that these lifesaving measures are passed in New Jersey.
