❤ We’re inviting individuals and groups to help FPL create safe and welcoming environments for families working towards housing stability! These impactful volunteer opportunities should only take folks an hour or two a month and may include things like tidying, sweeping, mopping, wiping up surfaces and cleaning out cupboards. ❤

May is Affordable Housing Month!

Every family deserves a safe place to call home and in Douglas County, too many families are facing a housing crisis.

This month, we’re launching our Housing Campaign with a goal to raise $50,000 for local families experiencing a housing crisis.

These critical dollars will help families stay housed, access emergency shelter, and move toward long-term stability.

At Family Promise, our vision is simple and urgent:
Every family receives support, compassion, and a chance to create a better future.

Because no parent should have to wonder where their child will sleep tonight.
