Jesse currently serves on the Board of Zoning & Appeals for the City of Lawrence. He is an active leader in the Watson Farm’s Home Ownership Association having served as Vice Pr
esident in 2011, President in 2010, and Secretary in 2009. He volunteers on the marketing committee for Latino Coalition against Domestic & Sexual Violence and has created an English class at Harvestime Assembly of God where he has helped Latino immigrants improve their English language skills. As a professional, Jesse has spent the majority of this career working in retail management for companies including Dollar General and Marsh Supermarket where he trained, supervised and evaluated staff. He received Fifteen Years Marsh Service Recognition from Marsh Supermarket 2007, Dairy Manager Display Contest Award in 2002, Dairy Manager of the Month Award in 2001, and Frozen Food Manager of the Month Award in 2000. Currently Jesse works for Metropolitan School District of Lawrence Township, Transportation Department. Jesse attended Ball State University, Anderson Area Vocational School, and Anderson High School. He and his wife Marlene live in Lawrence and have a Daughter Bridget who is attending I.U. Bloomington.
