REZ GIRLZ

"Rez Giriz is an ode to the Native slang word, rezzy.
Within Indian Country, there's a certain rep that comes with being rezzy (whether it's good or bad is still up for debate). I am proud of the fact that I grew up on the rez with other rez girls, wearing cut-ons and trunks, eating hot cheetos, running from rez dogs, playing basketball, and swimming in the river. The figures in Rez Giriz represent different people from my childhood."
