Our most favorite tradition took place today. The ACHS class of 2026 walked the halls of Emma B Ward one last time! We are so proud of this class and know they will make a positive impact in this world!

What an amazing graduation ceremony for some pretty awesome 5th grade graduates! Thanks to the 5th grade teachers for giving these students such a special celebration! Field Day 2026 was such a blast! As always, Mrs. Briscoe brought all the fun to make it a great day to be a BULLDOG!

Our 1st Annual District Arts Showcase was a success. We are so proud of the Bulldogs who had art showcased at this event last Thursday at the historic Ripy House. It was also so humbling to present Advanced Placement cords to former EBW students who will be 2026 ACHS graduates in a few short days. I was blown away by all the talent and don’t take it for granted that Anderson County School District is blessed to still have a strong arts program, when so many other districts are making cuts to The Arts.

We are starting to get ready for our Summer Camp!!
Come and join us on June 5th, to learn a dance, play some games and spend time with the Dance Cats!!
Lunch will be provided for all participating students.
We are opening it up to Preschool to 5th grade.

We are so spoiled by our SRO, Chris Atkins! It has become a tradition for him to treat us with his delicious chicken quesadillas on the Friday of Cinco de Mayo week! Thanks to his daughter Kylee for being his sous chef! They were amazing!

Nurse Lindsay is a shining light to our staff and students every day! She takes care of all of us whether it’s a scrape on the knee, a bag of ice, distributing medicine, taking blood pressure, testing blood sugar levels and everything in between! We sure are fortunate to have her taking care of us! Happy School Nurse Day to our amazing Nurse Lindsay!
