The Anderson Hotel was built in the 1930s and opened as a low rent option for travelers. It was eventually converted to low rent apartments and closed in the late 80s. It is now home to ghostly activity. We offer several options from public tours to private investigations. Contact us for more info

It was featured on Destination America's Paranormal Lockdown starring Nick Groff and Katrina Weidman.

Work is set to begin on repairing the hotel within the next week. So we will not be booking any events or 8 hour investigations until repairs are completed. We are not totally sure of that time frame. We have reached out to groups already scheduled.
