It has been a busy week for the Lawrenceburg Fire Department.

From malfunctioning alarms, several vehicle accidents, including a severe crash, sump pump failures that filled homes with smoke, medical emergencies, community events, and working alongside other city departments to solve problems throughout the community, our members have continued to answer the call.

No matter the situation, they show up, work hard, and serve with dedication and professionalism. We are proud of our firefighters and thankful for the commitment they demonstrate every day.

Thank you to all of our members for everything you do for Lawrenceburg and Anderson County.

What a great afternoon!
Today, the Lawrenceburg Fire Department and the Anderson Co. Fire Protection District joined our neighbors at Anderson County EMS / Emergency Management for a cookout and fellowship at their station. A simple get-together, but one that meant a lot.

Public safety in Anderson County is carried by dedicated men and women who show up every single day, and it is a beautiful thing when those people get to slow down, share a meal, and just be neighbors. Laughter, good food, and conversations that had nothing to do with tones dropping or radios crackling.

We are grateful for the partnership with these agencies and even more grateful for the people inside them. Anderson County EMS, thank you for hosting and for bringing us all together.

🇺🇸 Today, the Lawrenceburg Fire Department was honored to stand alongside our community at the Veteran Banner Dedication Ceremony on Main Street.

Presented by VETS Charitable Corp and the American Legion Auxiliary, this morning’s event placed the faces and names of Anderson County’s fallen veterans on display for every neighbor, child, and passerby to see. That matters. These are not just names on banners. They are sons, fathers, brothers, mothers, and neighbors who answered a call far greater than most of us will ever face.

We were proud to raise the colors high over Main Street today in their honor. It was the least we could do.

To every family who saw your loved one’ face on a pole in downtown Lawrenceburg this morning, we see them. We remember them. We are grateful.

Lawrenceburg Fire Department was able to provide Landing zone set up for Air Evac Lifeteam today at Anderson County Middle School they came to talk to kids about air medical flight as a career.
