🥭Tree Feature🍐

This native fruit tree has been making a comeback and we expect its saplings to go quickly this weekend. The Pawpaw has a creamy, custard-like flesh with a tropical flavor. It is often described as a combination of mango, pineapple, and banana.

Be warned though, Pawpaw's are pollinated by flies so they don't produce the best smells - to humans - when flowering. The fruit is worth a bit of late summer stink though.

🌲Tree Feature 🌲

Have poorly drained, acidic soil? Loblolly Pine would be happy to take up residence for you! The saplings might be small but they are mighty and when they grow up they just might host bald eagles.
