This month our 30-day challenge is all about summer fun and since today is a rainy day there are some fun ideas of activities for you to try. Those 55+ can come by the center to become a member and receive the monthly newsletter for only $20 a year! If you are a veteran or 80+ the membership is free.

Day 29 of the 31-day Healthy Aging Challenge - Try a relaxing bath or foot soak with some Epsom salt. It's always good for you to take time to relax and do something nice for your body. You'll be thankful you did!
Join us today at the senior center for Line Dancing at 10am, Crafting at noon and STOP (Seniors Take Off Pounds) at 2pm.

Day 28 of the 31-day Healthy Aging Challenge - Try some gently yoga before bedtime. Some poses may seem a little scary, but you can try a few or do the best you can. A little stretching goes a long way!
Join us today at the senior center for Exercise/Chair Yoga at 9am, Tai Chi at 10am, Bible Class at 10am, and Bingo at noon.

Today is the day! The annual Senior Health & Fitness Day is here! Can't wait to see everyone! Doors open at the Rotary Park front gym at 9am, 30 vendors, prize giveaways, presentations and exercise demonstrations. It's going to be a great day!

Day 26 of the 31-day Healthy Aging Challenge - Eat without distractions! Turn everything off and take your time eating and learn to savor your food. It seems we're always in such a hurry, slow down and enjoy!
Join us today at the senior center for Exercise/Chair Yoga at 9am, Cardio Drumming at 10am and Bingo at noon.
