Eight months ago, he suffered a broken femur. Today, through physical therapy, adaptive fitness, strength training, weight training, mobility work, and coordination exercises, he continues to make progress every day.

His journey is a powerful reminder of why movement is so important—especially as we age. Regular exercise helps improve strength, balance, mobility, coordination, and overall independence. It can also reduce the risk of falls and injuries while enhancing quality of life.

Every step forward is worth celebrating. Progress may not always be fast, but consistency makes a difference.

Keep moving. Keep strengthening. Keep believing in what’s possible.
