It’s not too late to sign up for the Book Mobile 5K and Fun Run! We are currently one of the top six schools and are close in the running to earn the book mobile visit for every student in our school! We would love your help achieving this goal!


The Book Mobile 5K is on Saturday October 31, 2026. It includes the following events: Book Mobile 5K, Fun Run, and Virtual 5K.

Congratulations! Craig Elementary-Buddy’s Bit, Freeman's Mill Elementary, Beaver Ridge Elementary, and Harmony Elementary School have been recognized by the Georgia Department of Education (GaDOE) as John Hancock Award schools for their achievements in cursive writing.

🌟 FREE English Classes at Freeman's Mill Elementary!

We are excited to offer FREE English classes for FMES parents, family members, and community members!

Classes will be led by a representative from our local library and FMES Parent Liaison, Allison Dallas. These sessions are designed to help participants build confidence in speaking English while connecting with others in a welcoming and supportive environment.

📅 First Class: Tuesday, September 22
🕐 Time: 1:15 PM - 2:15 PM
📍 Location: Freeman's Mill Elementary
During each class, we will:
✅ Practice conversational English
✅ Improve pronunciation
✅ Learn new vocabulary
✅ Meet and learn alongside other community members

No registration is required. Just come and join us!
Whether you are just beginning to learn English or want additional practice, these classes provide a safe, friendly, and encouraging place to learn, grow, and build confidence every day. We look forward to seeing you there! 😊
