You might spy a new library book in your child's bookbag this week! 🎒📚 Corley students who have completed library orientation with Ms. Fisher can officially bring home their favorite checkout choices.

Fostering a love of reading starts at school, but it truly grows at home. You can spark great conversations tonight by asking your child these simple questions about their book:

➡️"Who is the main character, and what problem are they trying to solve?"
➡️"What was your favorite picture or page in the book so far?"
➡️"What do you think is going to happen next in the story?"
➡️"Why did this particular book catch your eye on the shelf?"

Taking five minutes to talk about their book builds comprehension, expands vocabulary, and turns reading into a fun daily habit.
