We are looking for caring volunteers to help deliver meals to our seniors. Whether you can help occasionally or want a regular schedule, we would love to have you!

With summer here, this is also a wonderful opportunity to serve alongside your kiddos—teaching kindness and the importance of giving back. ☀️

A small amount of your time makes a BIG difference through a warm meal and a friendly smile.

The Lawrence County Senior Citizen Center will be closed on Friday, June 19, in observance of the holiday.

We will resume regular business hours on Monday, June 22.

A special shoutout to Jake Lewis from our kitchen staff! 🍿❤️

Many of you know that we partner with the Lawrence County Health Department, and one of the highlights when their group joins us for Bingo is enjoying fresh popcorn from the Senior Center.

Wanting to share that same experience, Jake recently purchased a popcorn machine for the Health Department so their participants can enjoy fresh popcorn anytime they’re there. What a thoughtful gesture and a wonderful example of caring for others in our community!

Thank you, Jake, for your generosity and for always looking for ways to make someone’s day a little brighter. We appreciate you! 👏😊
