Vikings Check-In Procedures
Welcome to the new school year! We're excited to have you on campus for student check-in. To ensure a smooth and safe process for everyone, please follow the detailed instructions below for entering the school building.
Entry Point: The South Gym Doors
All parents and students must enter the school building through the south gym doors. This is the designated entry point for check-in. Please look for the signs pointing to the "South Gym Entrance" on the south side of the building.
Once inside, you'll be guided through a series of stations to complete the check-in process. Our staff will be available to help direct you and answer any questions you may have.
Parking and Arrival
We anticipate a large number of families, so we've designated specific areas for parking to ease congestion.
Main Parking Lot: The main school parking lot, located on the west side of the building, is available for parking.
Overflow Parking: If the main lot is full, please use the overflow parking area located on the east side of the school.
Please do not park in the bus lanes or fire lanes at any time. This is crucial for maintaining safety and accessibility for emergency vehicles.

What to Bring
To make the check-in process as efficient as possible, please bring the following items with you:
Immunization Records: Updated immunization records for 7th grade students.

Just a reminder about the upcoming football meeting

🏈 Time to Join the Huddle, Viking Parents! 🏈

Mark your calendars for the Ike Middle School Football Preseason Meeting on July 29th at 6:30 PM in the EMS Auditorium! This meeting is required for all incoming 6th–8th grade players and their parents as we gear up for an incredible fall season.

We are also officially launching our Booster Club drive—You can make a massive impact! A $5 membership is all it takes to show your player you're backing them, with 100% of the funds going directly toward gear, snacks, and game-day hype.

📌 Important Grade-Level Action Items: Please bring your assigned contribution to the meeting to help support the team:

6th Grade Parents: Case of Water 💧

7th Grade Parents: Laundry Detergent 🧺 (Walmart or Sam's Club brands preferred!)

8th Grade Parents: Clorox Wipes 🧼
