Leaving Active Duty?
SFL-TAP is a program set up to aid transitioning soldiers off of Active Duty. Whether or not you continue your military service, SFL-TAP wants to make sure you have all the information you need to have the best transition possible. Starting early and going often is our best advice. You can start our program 18 months out from ETS or 24 months out for retirees.
