What a great way to wrap up an outstanding school year at Lawton-Bronson Elementary! Today we celebrated so many of our students for their hard work, dedication, leadership, and accomplishments throughout the year.

From attendance awards, academic honors, enrichment recognitions, Reading Bingo Challenge winners, band and choir participation, honor band/choir recognitions, and so much more β€” our students continue to make us proud each and every day.

A special thank you and tribute to Mr. Prior for the incredible impact he has made on our students and music program over the years. Your dedication, passion, and positive influence will leave a lasting legacy at LB Elementary!

We also want to recognize our 6th grade students as they prepare to move on to junior high. We are proud of the young leaders you have become and cannot wait to see all the great things ahead for you.

Thank you to our students, staff, and families for making this such a successful school year. Have a safe, relaxing, and well-deserved summer!

Yesterday was we celebrated our 3rd-6th grade SOAR Students of the Month during our final elementary assembly of the school year! We are incredibly proud of the hard work, leadership, and positive choices our students have shown all year long as they continued to SOAR: Stay Safe, Own Your Actions, Always Be Kind, and Respect Yourself and Others.

To wrap up the celebration, several lucky students whose names were drawn went home with fun goodies and prizes! Thank you to all of the families, community members, and businesses who donated toward our SOAR rewards throughout the year. Your generosity helped us recognize and celebrate our students in a meaningful way.

We are proud of our Eagles and all they accomplished this year! πŸ¦…πŸ’›πŸ–€

Yesterday, our high school state track and field qualifiers made their way down to the elementary for a special send-off! The elementary students absolutely loved cheering them on and thought it was so cool that many of those athletes once played on that very same playground years ago.

Moments like these are a great reminder of the strong connections across all grade levels in our district and the example our older students set for the younger Eagles every day.

Good luck at state, Eagles β€” we are proud of you! πŸ¦…

Our 6th graders made their way to the Bronson park for some fresh air and to help clean up sticks after the recent storm. We are so fortunate to have such a beautiful park so close to our school!

Thank you to all of the students, staff, community members, and volunteers who have helped with storm cleanup throughout our communities. We appreciate everyone working together to keep our towns safe and looking great!
