LESSON
How make stressful (heated) situations become tools in our toolbox to be prepared to overcome in the future.

STEM
Solar Oven
The girls made solar ovens and that cooked s’mores and nachos. They learned why each of the materials used were important to heat the oven.

TOOLBOX
Separately each situation may seem like one stressor after another. But putting those experiences can yield something great. Our heat can be yield something sweet.

Goal: Identify stumbling blocks and learn how to make them stepping stones.

Lesson learned: There is always a way to make a negative a positive. The change starts with ourselves.

Another day with out youth giving back. We met a young lady who said thank you amd explained how much this helps people. We are happy to help and very thankful for those who put the boxes around town.
