Don't forget the Spring Annual Burn Ban starts March 16th and goes through May 14th! Help spread the word.

NYS BURN BAN IN EFFECT

The NYS Dec has announced that the Spring Annual Burn Ban is in effect. This runs from March 16th through May 14th, stating that residents are not allowed to burn sticks, branches, leaves, and other forms of brush. However, small cooking or campfires are allowed as long as they are less than 3 feet in height and 4 feet in length, width, or diameter. The minimum fine if enforced is $500 for a first offense.

Please help spread the word and keep WNY Safe during this time frame where wildfires are more prone to occur.
