Due to a flight delay, the arrival of Le Mars C Troop, 113th Cavalry Regiment has been pushed back slightly. The Freedom Es**rt is now expected to reach the Bob’s Drive Inn corner between 2:25 and 2:35 PM, which means the Welcome Home Ceremony will begin closer to 2:45 PM.

Please help us spread the word so everyone who wants to welcome these heroes home can still be there to show their support!

UPDATED TIME - 1:00 PM. We invite the businesses and citizens of Le Mars to help welcome home our Army National Guard during their Freedom Es**rt on Thursday, March 12.

The es**rt will travel east on Plymouth Street towards downtown and then proceed south on Central Avenue toward 12th Street in Le Mars. The procession is expected to pass through town at approximately 1:00 PM. We encourage everyone who is able to show their support by making welcome-home signs, displaying flags, or standing along the route to wave and greet the troops as they return.

Thank you for helping make their homecoming a memorable one for the soldiers and their families.
