Please join us in giving a warm welcome to Brittney Parsley & Devin O’Brien!

Brittney Parsley will be joining the team as our new K-12 Receptionist. She has been serving in this same role in another school district for the last 3 years. She has an additional 8 years of experience in other administrative assistant roles before entering the school system in 2019. Her strong communication and organizational skills will help create a welcoming environment for students, staff, and families entering our school on a daily basis.

Devin O’Brien is our new Maintenance & Custodial Supervisor! He has 9 years of experience in various maintenance positions including serving as a supervisor and technician. His background in troubleshooting, equipment repair and inspection, and preventative maintenance will be a valuable asset to the District.

Join us in welcoming Morgan Lawrence & Rylee Hodge!

Morgan Lawrence will join us as our 6th-8th Grade English Language Arts Teacher! She graduated from Western Governors University with her Bachelors in 2015 followed by a Graduate Certificate from the University of Central Arkansas in 2017 before receiving her Masters from Western Governors University in 2022. She has 11 years of experience in education including teaching various grade levels and serving as a Gifted & Talented teacher/coordinator.

Rylee Hodge will be returning to Lead Hill in a new role. We are excited for her to serve as our new 1st grade teacher! Rylee graduated from Bergman High School in 2019 before obtaining her Associates from North Arkansas College in 2021. She then transferred to Arkansas State University where she received her Bachelors of Science in Education in 2023. She taught for 2 years before joining us at Lead Hill this past school year. Congratulations on your new position, Rylee!

Welcome to Lead Hill, Kyle Tardiff & Brock Johnson!

We are excited to have Kyle Tardiff join us as our Instruction & Intervention Specialist for the 2026-2027 school year! Kyle received his Bachelors from Louisiana Tech University in 1996 before completing his Masters in Educational Leadership in 2019 and Graduate education course work through Harding University in 2023. He will be bringing 14 years of experience in education ranging from classroom instruction to various leadership & collaboration roles.

Brock Johnson will be joining us as our High School Math Teacher! Brock is a 2011 graduate of Lead Hill High School. He graduated with his Associate of Arts from North Arkansas College in 2013 before transferring to the University of Arkansas where he received his Bachelor of Science in 2015. He is looking forward to coming back to Lead Hill and stepping into the classroom this upcoming school year.

Join us in congratulating some new additions to Tigers Athletics for the 2026-2027 school year!

We are excited to announce that Coach Mathes will be joining us to coach Girls Basketball & Track, PE & Health, Archery, and Weight Training! She graduated from Lead Hill High School in 1995 before receiving her Bachelor of Science from the College of the Ozarks (formerly School of the Ozarks). Coach Mathes has 25 years of teaching and coaching experience, which includes several appearances and championships in postseason play for basketball, softball, and track. Welcome to Lead Hill, Coach Mathes!

We are excited to announce that Coach Derek Rogers will be our Athletic Director! He graduated from Lead Hill High School in 2007. He graduated with his Bachelors from Arkansas Tech University in 2012 then received his Masters from Arkansas State in 2019. Coach Rogers has a total of 14 years of teaching and coaching experience with the last 12 years being here at Lead Hill. Congratulations on your new role, Coach Rogers!
