I’m In.

Four years ago, you entrusted me with the privilege of serving as your League City Council Member. During the past year, I have also had the honor of serving as your Mayor Pro Tem.

Serving this community has never been about politics. It has been about making sound decisions, protecting taxpayers, and ensuring League City remains one of the best places to live, work, and raise a family.

Over the past four years, I have worked to:

* Maintain fiscal responsibility by controlling spending while supporting the No New Revenue Tax Rate.
* Increase the homestead exemption to $100,000 for residents over 65 and for disabled veterans who have served our country.
* Support investments that strengthen public safety and provide our police officers, firefighters, and EMS personnel with the resources they need to protect our community.
* Focus on responsible growth while continuing to improve the infrastructure and quality of life our residents expect.

There is still work to do, and I remain committed to putting League City residents first.

I am proud to announce that I am seeking re-election to the League City Council.

I respectfully ask for your continued support so we can continue moving League City forward together.

For almost four years now, I’ve had the honor of serving on League City Council — and long before that, I was actively engaged in City and County matters. Through that experience, I’ve seen firsthand how critical strong, steady county leadership is to the success of our community.

During my time on Council, and especially while serving as Mayor Pro Tem this year, we’ve worked closely with Galveston County Judge Mark Henry on issues that directly impact our residents — improving infrastructure, tackling flooding concerns, and working together to reduce the combined City and County tax rate by roughly 50%. That kind of measurable progress only happens when leadership is focused, collaborative, and committed to doing the work.

Judge Henry has consistently supported League City. He understands our priorities and has demonstrated the experience and judgment needed to deliver results for families across Galveston County.

There is still important work ahead, and maintaining momentum requires proven leadership at the County level.

That’s why I am proud to endorse Mark Henry for re-election as Galveston County Judge, and I encourage voters across Galveston County to support him at the ballot box this Tuesday, March 3rd.

📣 Celebrating Excellence in DISD!

Recently, two of our outstanding student organizations in DISD achieved remarkable milestones, reflecting the dedication, discipline, and spirit of our Gator community.

🎵 Dickinson High School Gator Band
In November, our Gator Band competed in the UIL 6A State Championship in San Antonio, earning an impressive 29th place out of 40. This accomplishment places them in the top 12% of all UIL 6A bands in the entire state of Texas. Their performance was nothing short of extraordinary, showcasing countless hours of practice, teamwork, and passion.

🏈 Dickinson Gators Football Team
Just this past Friday, our Gators competed in the UIL 6A Playoffs at TDECU Stadium against a formidable North Shore Mustangs team. Though they ultimately did not advance, these young men played with heart, strength, and determination. Their resilience on the field reflects the values we encourage in all our students.

I could not be more proud of these remarkable students. Their commitment to excellence is something I have personally witnessed, and I have great respect for the dedicated staff and coaches who mentor, support, and guide them every step of the way.

As a councilman for League City, I highlight the achievements within DISD because many families in our city have sons and daughters who attend Dickinson ISD. Their successes are our community’s successes, and I will always be proud to celebrate them.
