Many businesses delay launching because they're waiting for everything to be "just right." The truth is, your customers don't expect perfection—they expect value. Start where you are, learn as you go, and improve with every step.

5 Steps
- Identify one project you've been delaying.
- Ask yourself what's "good enough" to launch.
- Remove one unnecessary task from your to-do list.
- Set a realistic deadline.
- Share it with your audience.

Try This:
Ask yourself, "What's the smallest version I can launch this week?"

For instance, a boutique owner launched her online store with 20 products instead of waiting to photograph all 150. She made sales immediately and added new products over time.

As business owners, it's easy to spend every day putting out fires. But growth happens when you pause and think strategically. This week, schedule time to be the CEO, not just the worker.

5 Steps
- Block 30 minutes on your calendar.
- Review what's working.
- Identify one challenge.
- Brainstorm three possible solutions.
- Choose one to implement.

Try This:
Put a recurring 30-minute "CEO Meeting" on your calendar every Monday morning.

For instance, a plumbing company owner started reviewing schedules every Friday instead of reacting daily. Within weeks, jobs ran more smoothly and customer wait times decreased!
