๐ŸŽจ STUDENT ART CONTEST DEADLINE EXTENDED!

Weโ€™ve extended the deadline to September 9! Please ignore the September 1 deadline on the printed versions of the flyer.

We want to make sure every young artist in Uvalde County and Real County has a chance to enter.

The contest is open to students kindergarten through college, including homeschool students, who live or attend school in Uvalde or Real County.

Scan the QR code on the flyer for the official guidelines, rules and submission details.

Help us spread the word and get some more young artists involved in TerraTx!

A terrific program is planned for Tuesday Sept. 8 and open to everyone! Learn about wildlife photographer Laura Keene's Photogaphic Big Year: she and her camera documented 792 birds, shattering the previous record and travelling the entire country in 2016. Take a look at some of her stunning photos featured in the American Birding Assn. magazine linked below. Program starts at 11:30 at the historic Beard House, 316 Evergreen St.
