It has been 30.5 years since we purchased what we now call Glencanaan. We had hoped to celebrate this milestone last year, but certain unexpected developments (like falling off a rock wall, resulting in a stay in Harborview hospital) made this unlikely. Yet it remains a special event in my own mind. I was toddler of only 40 years old at that time. God gave us the wisdom to follow this path and I am incredibly grateful. This is a place of rest (and hard work) and peace. May this remain a place of rest and peace for many ongoing generations.
