We also congratulate the graduating classes of Castlewood High School, Lebanon High School, Honaker High School and Russell County Career Technology Center on their remarkable achievement. Following tradition, Sheriff Bill Watson and Kim Watson attended every graduation ceremony to show their support for our students and schools.
