I love his Mike Bowditch series. I’ve been reading them for years and they never disappoint.

THE KIDS OF MSAD60 GO BACK TO SCHOOL 8/31 THIS YEAR!
Therefore, Summer Reading Program is wrapping up on Thursday August 20th. Get those books read and the punch cards in to be entered to win a raffle basket. The big wheel spins and prize cart will be packed up as we head into school opening and Fall Hours. If you have a partially completed punch card bring that in too! This week I have altered hours on Wednesday 8/12 (1-5) but for the next two weeks you can come see me and maximize your wheel spins.
Brag Tags are a year long program. If you read a brag tag book you can collect the tag all year long. The punch cards are a Summer Reading Program only program.
Adults, you can still collect your adult Brag Tags all year round (until you’ve collected the set). I’ll add more next summer as it was a huge hit.
I know it’s hurtful that the summer seems to be winding down so quickly. I feel it too. ❤️

The Martha Sawyer Community Library is pleased to announce that the library is the recipient of an amazing donation from the Preble Lodge #143, A.F. & A.M. This generous group held a golf tournament chose the library as the beneficiary of the proceeds. I was pleased to accept the check of $3,800 from the Worshipful Master Jerre Place and his wonderful wife Donna Place. Many thanks goes out to the lodge for all of their charitable work in our community. These funds will make the library a better place for all our patrons. Thank you.

Next week (7/28, 7/29 and 7/30) the library will be closed for the annual waxing of the floors.
The library will reopen all fancy and shiny on 8/4
The library is open tomorrow 11-2 and 5-8 for book hoarding for the next week. See you then!
