We were so excited to welcome Miss Boone County, Addie Jones, to Perry-Worth Elementary! 🐯💛🖤

Addie visited with several grade levels to share all about Boone County 4-H, the amazing opportunities it offers, and how being involved in 4-H has positively impacted her life. From building confidence and leadership skills to making lifelong memories, Addie showed our Tigers just how much 4-H has to offer!

A HUGE thank you to Addie for taking the time to share her personal journey, inspire our students, and spark excitement about getting involved in 4-H! 🍀

Who knows? We may have some future 4-H leaders right here at Perry-Worth! 🌟

🤩🤩Thank you to everyone who donated to Distance for Dollars. 🤩🤩

🥧🥧🥧Mrs. Willis, Mrs. Kincade, and Mrs. Windler’s classes raised over $750 to be able to pie the principals in the face. Each student from these classes got to choose who they would like to pie and boy did they give it to them. The three teachers even got to participate.❤️❤️❤️

🔥🔥Fire Prevention Week👨‍🚒🚒👩‍🚒

Grades Pre-K–2 had some special visitors today from the Lebanon Fire Department! 🚒 Our students learned important fire safety skills, including what number to call in an emergency, how to stop, drop, and roll, what a smoke alarm sounds like, and how to get a firefighter’s attention if they are ever trapped inside a home.

Students also were able to see a firefighter in all of their gear & check out the inside of a fire truck!

A big thank you to the Lebanon Fire Department for spending time with our students and helping them learn these important safety skills! ❤️
