We like to plan ahead, so while we're excited about THIS weekend, we sure are looking at next weekend for MORE fun in Lebanon, MO! Bonus, it's a holiday weekend!!🎉🎉

We'll celebrate on Friday night, Sept. 4th, in Downtown Lebanon Missouri during their First Friday festivities which includes a Creative Crawl (think great local art), and music by The Cover Ups in Downtown Plaza! Shopping, dining, beverages, live music, and art, what more could you ask for??? 🎸🍕🍔🍪

Next we'll head out to Lebanon I-44 Speedway on Saturday, Sept. 5th for the American Big Rig Racing ABRR truck series! They took us seriously when we told them to "go big or go home"...so BIG RIGS it is!! Will be BIG fun, so put the hammer down, roll out to Lebanon I-44 Speedway and enjoy the show! 🚛🏁🚛🏁

But of course we're celebrating National Dog Day! And our dog model visited our signature shield sign at Boswell Park today as we're still celebrating 100 years of Route 66!!! Is your dog a Route 66 traveler?? Show us your pics of your pup getting their kicks!

Did you know that you will have a better week when you have something to look forward to? It's scientifically proven, as we have desigated ourselves "Scientists of Fun", here in Lebanon, MO. 🧐

Here's what we're looking forward to...The Lebanon-Laclede County Route 66 Society is hosting the 𝐑𝐎𝐔𝐓𝐄 𝟔𝟔 𝐂𝐑𝐔𝐈𝐒𝐄-𝐈𝐍 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐀𝐓𝐓𝐋𝐄 𝐎𝐅 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐁𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐒 on Saturday, August 29th at Lebanon I-44 Speedway!! Gates open at 11:00 a.m., music will play and the kids can enjoy a FREE FOAM PARTY!! Stay for the classic cars, fast cars, left turns, and watch the winning band perform later in the evening for all the race fans!! 🏁🏁

Another great sign that 🍁fall🍁 is here...the 2026 Fall Lebanon Community Garage Sale and Marketplace is happening THIS weekend, August 21st and 22nd, at the Kenneth E. Cowan Civic Center. 9am to 4pm, each day, you can shop the multitude of booths for your antiques, collectibles, vintage and new items. Heck, think EARLY 🎅Christmas🎄 shopping and REALLY go crazy!!!!

FREE admission to shop, and indoors so weather won't matter...rain or shine, the bargains will be here waiting for you!

Lebanon I-44 Speedway and the Lebanon-Laclede County Route 66 Society are teaming up to host the 𝐑𝐎𝐔𝐓𝐄 𝟔𝟔 𝐂𝐑𝐔𝐈𝐒𝐄 𝐈𝐍 & 𝐁𝐀𝐓𝐓𝐋𝐄 𝐎𝐅 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐁𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐒 on August 29th, 2026. This will be a music-filled day at the Speedway, and fun for the kiddos as well...think FOAM PARTY!!!!

We're still celebrating 100 years of Route 66 by continuing the Lebanon Route 66 Centennial Concert Series, funded in part by the Missouri Route 66 Centennial Commission. Cheers for 100 years!!

We're still celebrating 100 years of Route 66, and the Lebanon-Laclede County Route 66 Society is hosting a 𝐅𝐑𝐄𝐄 screening of 𝐑𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝟔𝟔: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚. This is a once-in-a-centennial opportunity to watch award-winning filmmaker John Paget's feature-length documentary of his 2,400 mile journey on Route 66, interviewing more than 100 people, and sharing this story with us.

Join us on 𝐌𝐎𝐍𝐃𝐀𝐘, 𝐒𝐄𝐏𝐓𝐄𝐌𝐁𝐄𝐑 𝟏𝟒𝐓𝐇, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 at the Kenneth E. Cowan Civic Center Theater for this 𝐅𝐑𝐄𝐄 screening. The show will begin at 6:30 p.m. More info soon, but go ahead and save the date!

The place to be this coming Saturday night, August 15th, is Lebanon I-44 Speedway!! It's 🇺🇸Military Appreciation Night🇺🇸 so veterans and military personnel (with ID) get in FREE!!! It's also Backpack Night (free for kids while supplies last!!)!!

It's going to be a GREAT patriotic night of racing, including a salute to Nascar Hall of Fame Inductee Larry Phillips.🏁🏁

Thursday, August 20th, or as we like to call it..."Friday Eve", it's time for "Cars-n-Coffee" at The Market on Jefferson Street. Come out between 5pm and 8pm to see some cool cars and enjoy a variety of food trucks for dinner! YUM!!!
