Lebanon County is green - but that doesn't mean a return to normal.
Masks are still required in all Pennsylvania businesses.
If you come to the Municipal building to make a payment or for a scheduled appointment in our office, be prepared for a delay - the sheriff's department is screening anyone wishing to enter the building. They will check court lists for scheduled hearings or appointments.
If you appear at the Domestic Relations office and do not have a scheduled appointment or you are not making a payment, you will be turned away.
The child support website www.childsupport.state.pa.us has a lot of information - as a registered user you can receive updates, reminders, payment details, etc. There are also forms available for a variety of purposes.
Call the office, 717-228-4480 during business hours. We'll be glad to answer any questions you have relating to general information or your existing case (be sure to have your case or member number when calling). Much information can be accessed through the automated voice response system, but if you still have questions - hit zero to be connected to a live operator.
Email is also an option. If you send an email to us directly, you will need your case or member number. If you email us through the link on the website, as a registered user this information will be included in your email automatically.
