So many great entries today in our Pumpkin Decorating Contest. Everybody made the judges have a difficult job today. Congratulations to our winners: 3rd-Charlie Brown, 2nd- Alexis Potts, 1st- Isabelle Stanley. Again, great job everyone!

Lebanon Middle School will begin our LMS Attendance Superbowl tomorrow October 26- December 16. Each grade level will have a winner as well as a overall winner for the classes with the best attendance during this period. Also every student with perfect attendance during this time will be entered in a drawing to win a Bluetooth speaker.

Parents or Guardians of Students 5-11 years of age,

It is anticipated that the CDC and ACIP will meet on November 2-3, 2021 to vote on recommendations for providing pediatric Pfizer vaccine for children ages 5-11 years. The pediatric Pfizer vaccine will be available at your local health department, and at some pharmacies and healthcare providers.

LENOWISCO and Cumberland Plateau Health Districts are making plans to offer pediatric Pfizer vaccine in schools during November and December for children ages 5-11 years. In order for us to order a sufficient supply of the pediatric Pfizer vaccine for school vaccine events, parents please complete this short 3 question survey as soon as possible, and prior to October 29, 2021, for each of your 5-11 year old children. The survey may be accessed at this link:

This survey link is not a registration for your child to receive a Covid 19 vaccine at this time, but a tool to assist us in vaccine planning. Registration information will be shared once the vaccine is approved by the CDC and ACIP.
