This week we are throwing it back our 2025 June Business Builders Luncheon. We enjoyed hearing from Jasha from Ginger Wellness. We loved having the opportunity to learn more about the services and mission of this amazing local business. It’s always inspiring to hear from passionate leaders in our community!

Calling all artists 🗣️⬇️⬇️⬇️

Lebanon has a lot of talented artists, and we want to see what you’ve got.

The Lebanon Now Art Contest is officially open.

This contest is open to all ages and all forms of art. Painting, drawing, photography, sculpture, woodworking, mixed media, digital art, fiber arts, and just about anything else you can create is welcome.

Entries are open now through June 24.

After submissions close, Lebanon Now, Boat Town Brewing, Twisted Canvas Tattoo Shop, and Rebel Ink will review the entries and select finalists. Those finalists will be invited to display their work at the Lebanon Now Art Show on July 3.

The winners will then be decided by the people who attend the art show.

Prizes:

1st Place - $400

2nd Place - $50

3rd Place - $50

A few important rules:

• One entry per artist
• Original artwork only
• No AI-generated artwork
• Digital art is welcome, but artists must be able to provide proof of creation if requested (full rules in entry form)

The contest is presented by Lebanon Now and sponsored by Boat Town Brewing, Twisted Canvas Tattoo Shop, and Rebel Ink.

The Lebanon Area Chamber of Commerce was honored to join the Lebanon MO Downtown Optimist Club for a very special ribbon cutting at Boswell Park, dedicating a park bench in honor of the Hadley and Margie Wild.

It was a meaningful afternoon as friends and community members gathered to recognize two people who have given so much to Lebanon. The late Hadley is remembered with deep appreciation for his commitment to serving the club alongside his wife, and Margie’s love for this community is seen in the beauty she has helped create through her work with gardening organizations over the years. It was truly special to have Margie there to cut the ribbon and share in this moment.

With beautiful weather, a wonderful picnic, and time spent in fellowship, it was a day that reflected the very spirit of service and community that Hadley and Margie have always represented. We are grateful to the Downtown Optimist Club for creating such a thoughtful and lasting tribute.
