This evening we also had one of our members Vanessa Buzy speak to us about her new role as President of the Pennsylvania Pro-Life Federation - Lebanon chapter.
Tonight she spoke about her new role and the hopes the chapter has in making a difference within our county.
They are here to promote pro-family values, while supporting the value of pre-born lives and to inform people about what is going on in the movement while being a liaison, promoting local resources and organizations that provide hands-on assistance to mothers in need of immediate support.

Today, she shared detailed facts about the formation of a child from conception and brought more awareness to how our new chapter wants to reach people of various age groups to be more knowledgeable when it comes to making decisions or helping someone else make an important decision of preserving life.
Feel free to follow and stay informed below at the page linked.

Our donations of books are being distributed here at LCCRW member Beth Diamond is delivering to Annville Free Library and is pictured below with Liberian Mariah. The book we are disturbing currently is called Ballots for Belva
It's a true story of a woman's race for Presidency.
The story takes place in the 1800s to early 1900s. Only men were allowed to vote in national elections during that time.
Convinced of the unfairness of the law, Belva Lockwood took a bold legal step, and she ran for president. Other women had tried running prior to Belva but had no success. However, Belva received votes. She was a leader for the movement and even ended up making her arguments before our Supreme Court.
She was a true advocate for women's rights.
Each year, LCCRW donates books on civics to the local elementary school libraries and public libraries in an effort to teach students the importance of voting and participating in local government.
