Leadership Wilson | Tyler Allen
Each week, Leadership Wilson plans to highlight individuals who are helping shape our community through service, character, and connection. This week, we’re proud to spotlight Tyler.
Raised across the Southeast in South Carolina, Florida, Georgia, and Tennessee, Tyler considers himself an “SEC baby” through and through. A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, he met his wife while in college, and together they chose to make Middle Tennessee home. In 2020, they became Mt. Juliet residents, where their family roots and personal connections have continued to grow alongside the community they proudly call home.
Tyler’s path has been shaped by a strong desire to serve others and stay engaged locally. Over the years, that commitment has led him to active involvement with organizations that strengthen Wilson County, including Habitat for Humanity Wilson County, the Mt. Juliet Chamber of Commerce, and Rotary. Friends and colleagues describe him as dependable, thoughtful, and genuinely community-minded—someone who shows up and cares deeply about the people around him.
What matters most to Tyler is helping others feel supported and confident. He finds purpose in simplifying complex situations, offering honest guidance, and preventing problems before they arise. Outside of his professional life, he prioritizes time with family—camping and hiking with his son Ethan, riding bikes with his daughter Ivy, and enjoying evenings at the theater with his wife. Guided by integrity, transparency, service, and stewardship, Tyler hopes his impact leaves people feeling at ease and well cared for.
