The Lebanon Police Department is accepting applications for Police Officer
Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
Minimum Requirements:
๐จ At least 21 years of age by the time you graduate from the police academy
๐จ U.S. citizen
๐จ High school diploma or GED
๐จ Must possess a valid operatorโs license with a clean driving record
๐จ Ability to pass a background check, polygraph, drug screen, medical exam and pass a physical agility test (POPS)
๐จ No felony convictions. You must not be prohibited by state or federal law from possessing a firearm
DOCJT Academy: Applicants must successfully complete 20 weeks training in telecommunications and operation of LINK/NCIC. Mandatory completion is a requirement.
Must Have:

Pay Scale:
๐ฐ $21.78 Starting Pay*
*Certified โ Pending years of service โ Probation for 6 months
New Officers have 1 year probation
๐ฐ $1.00 Raise upon completion of DOCJT Academy
๐ฐ $1.00 Raise after probationary period ends (1 year after graduation)
๐ฐ *$75 Associate Degree *Monthly Stipend
๐ฐ *$150 Bachelor Degree *Monthly Stipend
