NOTICE:
On Sunday, April 26th a fire occurred in one of our Clerk of Courts Offices, located within the Warren County Courthouse. Thankfully, no one was harmed as the office was empty at the time, and the fire was contained to a relatively small area. An initial inspection indicates that the fire likely originated in a standard piece of office equipment.
I would like to offer my sincere appreciation for the City of Lebanon Fire Department, who responded to the fire, as well as the Warren County Facilities Management Department, who began an assessment and cleanup almost right away.
There has been no interruption to County Court functions. Continue to follow any court orders as normal, including but not limited to, scheduled hearings, summonses, and payments of any court or traffic costs, fees, or fines.
Our wonderful Clerk of Courts staff continues to be present to serve you, but we ask for your patience as we work around some of the limitations imposed by the damage.
