Russell County Public Schools is deeply saddened by the loss of Lebanon High School teacher and coach Travis Ho**er. He was a business teacher and FBLA advisor. Coach Ho**er served as the head coach of boys and girls cross country and track, as well as the varsity girls basketball head coach.

Under his leadership, the Lebanon High School boys cross country team won state championships in 2022 and 2023, a reflection of his dedication and passion for his athletes.

Coach Ho**er had a tremendous love for his students and players and worked to help them grow both in the classroom and in competition. He made a lasting impact on many young people and will be greatly missed by the entire community.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, LHS colleagues, and all of the students and athletes who were fortunate enough to know him.
