Know Your Mind
June is Alzheimers and Brain Awareness Month. We are celebrating our cerebellums (and all the other parts of our brain) with an educational series on the brain. We will explore how it functions and makes us who we are and things you can do to keep it healthy. As we explore how a healthy brain works and what normal aging can do to its functionality, we will also learn about medical conditions that can create extra challenges and health issues, such as different types of Dementia and Alzheimers.
