Just some wonderful news! The half-price book sale on March 27-28, 2026 brought in over $2900.00 for our Lebanon-Laclede County Library. A thank you goes out to our whole Laclede County Community for this wonderful event.

Join us tomorrow and Saturday, 10 AM – 3 PM for the Friends of the Library Half-Price Book Sale — all to support the Lebanon-Laclede County Library!

💛 Did you know? Since 2007, the Friends of the Library has raised over $225,000 through book sales like this!

These funds have supported children’s, young adult, and adult programs, as well as outreach efforts that bring the library into the community. They’ve also made important upgrades possible — including computers and equipment, shelving and flooring, security systems and cameras, large print books, tables and furnishings throughout the library, and a handicap-accessible entrance.

And that’s not all — Friends members have given countless volunteer hours to help keep the library growing and thriving!

Come browse tables and shelves full of hidden treasures, discover your next favorite read, stock up on books for every age, and support a great cause that keeps our library thriving!
