Lee Library The public library for the town of Lee, MA. The Lee Library is located at 100 Main Street, right in the center of the town of Lee, Massachusetts.

Appropriately called the "Gateway to the Berkshires", this small, friendly town offers easy access to the many cultural and natural attractions of our region. We take pride in providing modern library resources and services in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Please call our circulation desk, or use our online public access catalogs and databases from home, or best of all, come by and visit!

It’s a big week for children at the Lee Library!

Summer Reading starts!
- Summer Reading kicks off the week of June 22nd with many events for the whole family! Youths can pick up a bag of Summer Reading materials, along with other goodies (while supplies last).

Gilbert the Party Pig
- Meet Gilbert the Party Pig, learn pig facts, and watch and assist with tricks! Join us on Tuesday, June 23rd at 11am. This free program is fun for all ages! Registration is required.

Planting Activity & Story
- The Berkshire Botanical Garden will present a workshop on Wednesday, June 24th at 11am. The workshop includes a planting activity and story. All materials are provided. All ages are welcome to attend.

Manga for Teens & Tweens
- Join us to discuss and share favorite manga books. This program is open to tweens and teens and will take place on Wednesday, June 24th at 1pm.

Learn to Fish
- Massachusetts Division of Fisheries and Wildlife will present a workshop on how to fish on Thursday, June 25th at 11am. All ages are welcome to attend. They have also provided fishing kits that can be borrowed from the library.

Gaming in the Gallery
- Join us for Nintendo Switch gaming on Thursday, June 25th at 1pm. Teens and tweens are invited to attend.

Children’s Arts & Crafts
- Join us every Thursday at 3:30pm for Arts & Crafts. This week’s theme is Eric Carle flowers.

American Sign Language Workshop
- Join us for this American Sign Language event on Thursday, June 25th at 4pm. Learn signs for greetings, summer fun, and many more to use all year long! Open to all ages and no signing skills are necessary.

Chess for Tweens & Teens
- Join us to learn and play chess on Friday, June 26th at 11am. Teens and tweens are invited to attend.

Lego Challenge
- Join us for a Lego Challenge on Friday, June 26th at 3:30pm. This free children’s program is best for ages five and older. All materials are provided.

- Adults and youths are invited to participate. There will be weekly drawings for gift cards and prizes! Stop by to join.

Berkshire Health Systems
- A free class about the BHS Patient Portal will be presented by Berkshire Health Systems on Wednesday, June 24th at 1pm.

Qigong
- Qigong with Jamie Greene will take place on Wednesday, June 24th at 4pm. Qigong is a chair practice involving gentle movement and controlled breathing. Registration is required.

A free technology class from Senior Planet, taught by an Americorps Trained Professional, will be offered at the Lee Library, 100 Main Street, Lee on Wednesday, June 3rd at 1pm. Basic tech Q&A will be available at the end of the class.

- Chair Yoga at the Lee Library
Yoga Lee Studio will be teaching a chair yoga class at the Lee Library, 100 Main St., Lee, on Friday, June 5th at 4pm. This free class will be taught by a registered yoga teacher. Registration is required. Stop by the circulation desk or call (413) 243-0385.

We meet this Thursday, May 28th for our first meeting to distribute copies of the books and go over our reading schedule. - Free One-on-One Money Q&A
Luke Delorme, CFP, is providing free, one-on-one 30-minute appointments to discuss a range of topics such as debt management, budgeting, retirement and estate planning, Social Security, investing, and taxes. Appointments are available on Wednesday, May 20th starting at 10:30am.

- Photography Organization: A Tech Class
A free technology class from Senior Planet, taught by an Americorps Trained Professional, will be offered on Wednesday, May 20th at 1pm. Basic tech Q&A will be available at the end of the class.

- Breathwork and Self Reiki
Certified Reiki Master Shelly Harris will lead a class on breathing techniques to help improve focus and promote relaxation, and then will guide the group through Reiki positions. This free class takes place on Wednesday, May 20th at 4pm. Registration is required.
