Lee Library The public library for the town of Lee, MA. The Lee Library is located at 100 Main Street, right in the center of the town of Lee, Massachusetts.

Appropriately called the "Gateway to the Berkshires", this small, friendly town offers easy access to the many cultural and natural attractions of our region. We take pride in providing modern library resources and services in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Flexibility for the Hands
Yoga Lee Studio will be teaching a workshop on flexibility for the hands on Tuesday, August 25th at 1pm. This will take place during Knitting and Crocheting, so feel free to bring along your projects. Registration is required.

Memory Making Scrapbooking Workshop
Brandi Mayott will present a free workshop on Tuesday, August 25th at 4pm. Participants will work on scrapbook pages. Handmade starter journals are available to new participants. Adults and teens are welcome. All materials are provided.

Guided Tour
Learn about this Carnegie Library on a guided tour of the Lee Library. Tours will be held on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 1pm.

Arts & Crafts for Adults
Join us Wednesdays at 2:30pm. There will be a different craft each week and all materials will be provided. Next week, we will be working with paper crafts making folded book vases.

DIY Zine: From Pen to Progress
A representative from Susan B. Anthony Birthplace Museum will present a program on Wednesday, August 26th at 4pm. Learn about the history of zines, connection to the suffrage movement, and the future of zine-making. End with a DIY zine-making workshop. All materials are provided.

Storytime with Nandi the Dog
Nandi, the Therapy Dog, will join one of the librarians for Storytime in the Children’s Room on Tuesday, August 18th at 10:30am.

Gaming in the Gallery
Join us for Nintendo Switch gaming on Thursday, August 20th at 1pm. Teens and tweens are invited to attend.

Arts and Crafts in the Children’s Room
Join us Thursdays at 3:30pm for Arts & Crafts. Next week, we will make popsicle stick dragonflies!

Lego Challenge at the Lee Library
Join us for a Lego Challenge on Friday, August 21st at 3:30pm. This free children’s program is best for ages five and older. All materials are provided.

Paint the Town Workshop
Ellen Miller-Wolfe will present a water color workshop on Wednesday, August 19th at 10:30am. Following lunch on your own, the workshop continues with a guided plein air exercise in downtown Lee. Watercolor paint boxes and paper are provided, or you can bring your own supplies. Class size is limited, so registration is required.

Digital Coupon Tools
A free class from Senior Planet, taught by an Americorps Trained Professional, will be offered on Wednesday, August 19th at 1pm. Basic tech Q&A will be available at the end of the class.

Arts & Crafts for Adults

Linda Novick will present a free collage workshop on Wednesday, August 12th at 4pm. Class size is limited; registration is required.

Free One-on-One Money Q&A
Luke Delorme, CFP, is providing free, one-on-one 30-minute appointments to discuss a range of topics such as debt management, budgeting, retirement and estate planning, Social Security, investing, and taxes. Appointments are available on Thursday, August 13th starting at 2pm. Registration is required.

Morris Dancing
The American Travelling Morrice, performers of traditional English morris dances, will perform on the lawn on Saturday, August 15th at 11am. Please bring a chair or blanket. Morris dancing is a very old English country tradition of joyful, energetic, and colorful dances.
