VA Central Western Mass Police Services, Center for Development and Civic Engagement (CDCE), and Northampton Police Department, and will be onsite collecting donations in support of our 3rd Annual Women Veterans Community Baby Shower.

Leeds, MA – As part of the Upgrade Lab and Radiology renovation project for Liberty Building 1, VA Central Western Massachusetts Healthcare System will present to the Massachusetts Historical Commission on August 31. This meeting fulfills the public notification requirement under the National Historic Preservation Act.

September means it’s time for The Big E, New England’s great state fair. The Big E starts on Friday, September 18th, with Military Appreciation Day.

If you are a Veteran or currently serving in the military, join the Department of Veterans Affairs and receive free admission with proper ID. Stop by the VA’s one-hundred-foot information tent on the Avenue of States, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Speak with eligibility specialists and learn about the healthcare and other benefits your military service has earned you.

We are proud to support our Veterans with FREE fresh produce at the Project New Hope Inc. Non-Profit Veterans Organization Mobile Farmers Market!

Join us on Friday, August 21, 2026, from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm, at the Worcester VA Clinic, 403 Belmont Street, for an incredible selection of locally grown fruits and vegetables, available at no cost. This initiative is part of our ongoing effort to combat food insecurity and ensure those who serve our country have access to healthy, nutritious food.

The Mobile Farmers Market will be held on the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month.

VA Central Western Massachusetts Healthcare System's Center for Development and Civic Engagement (CDCE) is proud to support this year's Community Baby Shower, an annual event celebrating and supporting new and expectant mothers.

We're collecting new, unopened baby items, including:
👶 Diapers and wipes
🧴 Baby toiletries
🍼 Bottles and feeding supplies
👕 Baby clothing
🛏️ Blankets

🎁 Other newborn essentials

How to Donate:
